Information you give us

We collect information you submit directly, including:

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and business name, when you download a resource, register for a workshop, subscribe to emails, or book a call.
  • Business information — revenue ranges, industry, team size, and similar details you choose to share in assessments, intake forms, or during coaching.
  • Payment information — when you purchase a workshop or program. Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Scheduling information — when you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and selected time.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we and our service providers collect technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and interactions with our content. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use both first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies. Specifically:

  • Google Analytics 4 — measures site traffic and how visitors use the site.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing — measures the performance of our advertising and allows us to show ads to people who have visited our site.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures ad performance and supports advertising on Meta platforms.
  • HubSpot — powers our forms, email marketing, website analytics, and customer records.
  • Calendly — powers call scheduling.

We and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) together with third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our site.

Your advertising choices

You have control over this:

  • Opt out of personalized Google advertising at Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com).
  • Opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
  • Adjust your Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
  • Opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu.
  • Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the resources, workshops, assessments, and programs you request
  • Respond to your questions and provide support
  • Send emails about our content, programs, and events (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Process payments and maintain records
  • Measure and improve our website, content, and advertising
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf — website hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising, scheduling, and payment processing. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Email

If you give us your email address, we may send you marketing emails about our content, workshops, and programs. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at damien@culturacoaching.com to be removed. We may still send transactional messages related to a purchase, registration, or scheduled call.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising

To make a request, email us. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-party links

Our site links to third-party sites and tools, including our scheduling and payment providers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
